Tryout Fees

Returning Athletes: Cheer (Except Tinys) $90 tryout fee; Dance & Tiny Cheer $50 tryout fee

New Athletes: Cheer (Except Tinys) $100 tryout fee; Dance & Tiny Cheer $60 tryout fee

All athletes will pay a $35 registration fee.

Clinics, tryouts and May practice fees are included in Tryout Fee.

Receive a $25 discount for being registered and paid by April 30, 2010.

Parent Meetings

Mandatory Parent Meeting for parents of RETURNING ATHLETES will be held Thurs., April 29, 2010 at 7:00pm.

Parent Meetings for new athletes will be Monday, May 10, 2010 at 5:00 and 7:00 pm.

If you cannot make it to a parent meeting, please contact us and we will be happy to answer your questions.

There will be another Parent Meeting after teams are formed.

Practice

Practices will begin Monday, May 17, 2010.

Tumbling, Jumps, Motions, Technique and Flexibility skills will be the focus of these classes.

The High School cheer class will be held every Monday from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m.

The High School dance class will be held every Friday from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.

The College cheer class will be held every Monday from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.

Classes cost $50 per month for the first class and $40 per month for the second class.  However, we will offer a significant discount to those team members that have been practicing in our gym this past season as long as all account balances are in good standing.

• 4:15 p.m. meet dressed and ready for practice in Building C Level 1 Warm up area.
  • Team members wear Black “bling” tshirt, Blue Shorts, Hair in high pony with blue ribbon.
  • NOTE: It takes at least 15 minutes to walk from Building A to the warm up area in Building C.
  • Finding parking could be challenging.  Please plan accordingly.
• 4:40 p.m. Showtime Juniors practice.

Saturday’s Schedule

• 12:00 p.m. Meet in B-303 dressed and ready. Full uniform and competition make up.  Hair half up and half down CURLED! Reminder to use a barrette in addition to the elastic band on the competition hair bow to keep it in place.
  • REMINDER you can wear your Showtime sweatsuit.  Sweatsuit jacket with uniform.  Sweatpants with uniform top.  But DO NOT wear skirt over sweatpants! Cheer shoes ONLY no Uggs!
  • B-303 is located in Building B Level 3.
• 12:58 p.m. Showtime Juniors Warm up.
• 2:13 p.m. Showtime Juniors Compete in Arena C

Important Notes

Premier will be providing two buses to shuttle to and from the convention center.  However, shuttling begins after our Junior practice Friday night.  So parents must get the girls to practice Friday night.

Shuttle Buses (from Marriott Marquis Downtown Atlanta to World Congress Center) – Please look for the blue “Premier” Buses.  Do not try to ride any other bus as other programs may also have their buses picking up in the same location. The shuttle buses will pick up and drop off at the Courtland Street side which is down the escalator to the International Level and out the doors to the left.  It is marked “Courtland Street”.  Hopefully, if there aren’t any problems, the buses will pick up from the World Congress Center where you are dropped off which should be the front of the building.
